1. Overview

Hisab-Track is a personal expense and bill tracking tool intended for normal household and personal use. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Intended Use

The service is designed to help you record and organize bills, expenses and basic financial notes. It is not a banking platform, investment service, or professional accounting tool.

3. Prohibited Sensitive Information

You must not use Hisab-Track to store highly sensitive or confidential information, including (without limitation):

• Complete debit/credit card numbers, CVV, ATM PINs, internet banking passwords, or one-time passwords (OTPs).
• Scans or photos of Aadhaar, PAN, passport, cheque leaves, bank passbooks, or similar identity/financial documents.
• GST invoices or receipts that clearly show full card numbers or other confidential banking details.
• Any data that can be directly used to steal money from bank accounts, payment wallets, or cards.

If you upload any bills or receipts, you are solely responsible for ensuring that they do not expose full card details, passwords, or other sensitive banking information.

4. No Responsibility for Misuse

You remain fully responsible for the type of information you enter or upload into Hisab-Track. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hisab-Track will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, fraud, or security issues that arise because:

• you stored illegal, highly sensitive, or confidential information in the app contrary to these Terms;
• you shared your login details or device with another person; or
• your device, email account, or network was compromised (for example, due to malware, phishing, or weak passwords).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use Hisab-Track to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• upload malware, spam, or harmful content;
• harass, threaten, or abuse any person;
• attempt to hack, probe, or overload the service or its infrastructure; or
• circumvent any security or access controls.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure. Do not share your password with others and do not reuse very weak passwords. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should change your password immediately and contact support.

7. Data & Privacy (Short Notice)

Hisab-Track stores only the information necessary to provide the service, such as your account details and the expense records you choose to enter. Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access. We do not sell your personal data.

If you use third-party payment gateways (for example, to pay for a subscription), those providers will process your payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. No Financial or Legal Advice

Any summaries, totals, or charts shown in Hisab-Track are for your personal reference only. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice, and must not be treated as official records. You should consult a qualified professional for specific advice.

9. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, change, or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance or improvements. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the service stable, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Hisab-Track after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
